No matter what your situation is this Thanksgiving, you have something to be thankful for. When you focus on the things that you are thankful for, you create more things to be thankful for: what you focus on, you create. Spend some time this holiday to remind yourself of all the things you do have, and stop thinking about the things you do not have:
Be thankful for your home, because some people sleep under bridges.
Be thankful for your food, because some people starve.
Be thankful for your clothing, because some people wear rags or nothing at all.
Be thankful for all of the things that you have, because you can share them.
Be thankful for your breath, because it doesn't come easily for everyone.
Be thankful for the cells of your body, because they are the stars in your universe.
Be thankful for clean air, because some people breathe polluted air.
Be thankful for safe drinking water, because some people drink filth.
Be thankful for the trees, because they cleanse the air and provide shade and wood.
Be thankful for the animals, because they provide wisdom, companionship, and food.
Be thankful for the Earth, because she makes all life possible.
Be thankful for your life purpose, because you are needed.
Be thankful for your challenges, because they further your life purpose.
Be thankful for the people in your life, because they will teach you.
Be thankful for the love you receive and the love you can give, because it is your Divine gift.
Be thankful for your Spirit, because God would literally be diminished without you.
